All orders to the US ship a flat rate of $8 CAD and Canada flat rate of $6 CAD.
If you're in the Greater Toronto Area, you can choose to pick your order up for free in Mississauga. Select the Free Local Pick-up option at checkout and I will email with you with further instructions.
♡ Do You Ship Internationally?
No. At the moment, shipping is only available to Canada and the US.
♡ How Long Do Orders Take To Ship?
Packaging orders occur within 2-3 business days and standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipment.
♡ Expected Delivery?
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for orders to arrive. However, shipping times may be longer depending on the season.
♡ Do You Accept Returns And Exchanges?
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.
♡ My Package Says Delivered But I Haven't Received It?
Unfortunately, once I ship out your packages, it is beyond my control and in the hands of Canada Post.
I am not liable for any lost packages once they are scanned by Canada Post. Please reach out to your local post office in this situation.

♡ What should I do if my order is missing or arrives damaged?
I am not responsible for delayed or missing orders.
